At Ritu’s makeovers, we provide distinctive and individualistic services with a customer friendly approach. We follow professional standards and want to ensure that all our clients get excellent workmanship and comfort. As such, we have these terms and conditions for the services provided :

Terms & Conditions

  • BOOKING
    • A deposit of $100 for bridal and $50 for party makeup is required at the time of booking.
    • Booking need to be made 3-4 weeks before the date.
    • Any deposit for a booking is non-refundable.
  • Additional Charges
    • For each, we will give you an invoice. On Public holidays we charge 20% extra.
    • Extra charges apply in case a job is required out of normal business hours (e.g., before 8 am)
    • If extra time is required for add-ons in the bridal or makeup package, there will be an additional charges of $150 / hr.
    • Late fees apply if you are late by more than 15 minutes 
    • Notification of change of date is required minimum 2 days before the appointment and change of time/date has been agreed to mutually.
  • General Terms
    • For a bridal makeup, we need at least 3 hrs.
    • We have rights to add photos of our work (bridal/ party makeup/ hair-do etc ) in our online collection (e.g., our website , our business Facebook gallery and similar).
    • It’s always good to share your view with us in advance the theme/style for yourself and bridesmaids.
    • Please inform us in case you are allergic to any cosmetics at the booking time.
  • Personal Items
    • Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
    • A client is responsible for their assets at Ritu’s Makeovers (our beauty salon)
    • If clients need service at their place we need proper space and light. If any product gets damaged at the venue, client will be responsible (this depends on circumstances).
